BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

Thank you for choosing to book with me! As a traveling braider, my schedule and hair inventory are prepared in advance for each client, so please read the policy below carefully before booking.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment:

VIP Members — $100 deposit

• Applies only to upcoming available dates listed on the website

Non-VIP Members — $200 deposit

Deposits go toward the total cost of your service and are deducted from your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

BOOKING WINDOW

• When booking opens, clients have two (2) weeks to secure their appointment before the calendar closes for that booking period

• The calendar closes promptly at the two-week mark so I can purchase and prepare hair for all confirmed appointments

• Appointments booked after the calendar closes will be added to the next available booking cycle

• Availability is limited — book early to secure your date

VIP MEMBERSHIP

• VIP membership gives you access to the reduced $100 deposit on eligible upcoming dates

• VIP availability is limited to dates posted on the website and offered first-come, first-served

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, no-shows, or schedule changes

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment and are subject to availability

• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit to book a future appointment
